Ross became a managing director at Berkshire in 2000. He began his career over 20 years ago in private equity, working at Bain & Co. and in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley & Co. before joining Berkshire Partners in 1993. He holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
